Terms of Service

General

I reserve the right to reject any request for any reason.
All communication between myself and the commissioner will be conducted and documented via direct messages.
All private information will be kept private and confidental.

Payment can be send only via PayPal and accepted in Dollars, Euro or Polish Zloty.
Commission must be paid 100% upfront via PayPal invoice.
I will not begin working on a commission until the payment will be received.

The time it takes to finish a commission varies 2 weeks - 2 months depending on the complexity of the commissioned illustration, the amount of orders in the queue and schedule changes.
The client can contact me via e-mail or social media in order to ask about the ongoing process.

The finished piece will be send via e-mail submitted in the inquiry. You'll receive a full-resolution version together with a web-friendly version.

You can request 2 rounds of detail changes whilst the process on the commission included in the price.
A fee will be added if you want something to be changed on the final piece - unless a mistake from my side has been made.
If you will submit an unclear description, without colored character sheet/illustation reference and the piece will vary from your expectations - the fee will be added once you ask for changes.

I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any websites or my portfolio
I reserve full copyrights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified
I will not profit further from the commissioned piece unless the customer will break any of the terms.
The customer must not claim my work as theirs.
Under no circumstances may the customer use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and restribution.
The customer may use commissioned image(s) as background, wallpaper, icon and print them for personal purposes such as decorating their room and/or workspace.
Editing such as adding the customer's watermarks, changing colors or drawing over the commissioned piece then publishing it, is prohibited.

If for any reason I will not be able to work on your commission, you will receive an e-mail about it and a full refund via PayPal. Do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
The customer is not allowed to refund once I start working on your comission.
If you cancel the order before I started it, you can receive a full refund.
If you will request a Paypal chargeback after the finished commission will be sent your way, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have a full right to later profit from the piece. I will then submit Paypal with our coversations which proves completing your commission on my side. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
